Wow- Still seems as though my life has been a whirlwind. The kids and I had so much fun yesterday at Young Scientists Day. I am super proud of my little man and his team for winning first place in bridge building (with Kinects). I see a fine young engineer in his future.. or maybe a track star. We'll see. Well on my way to finishing their bathroom, too. I believe today will be the day. Then I can start our bedroom. Gawd~~ it needs it soooo bad.

Snow Daze

So I suppose my busy lifestyle has led me not to have blogged as much as I would have desired, but that's the way it goes when we are all going different directions. I am, however, particularly excited about what's been happening involving the weather here in Ga since Christmas. We had a beautiful blanket of snow Sunday night, and I don't think the city was prepared enough for this. So, sit back and enjoy this time lapse~

How neat is it that you can send in your handwriting and this awesome blogger will vectorize it into your own fonts? I think I may try it. http://kevinandamanda.com/ I still wonder how some have the time to devote? I must be ADD because I can't even seem to organize what I want to get organized.

Mommy's latest creation for Railey's 6th birthday. What a good time the kids had. Barbie was well received and might I say, well consumed as well.

Wow-how time flies!

What an amazing amount of fulfillment I have had in my 10 years of marriage. I cannot begin to try and understand how 2 people can be so right for each other. We have bought a house together, had two wonderful children, and still have managed to find time to make a relationship work. Work, I say- it is hard work being a mom and a wife, but it is sooo.... worth it.

What a long week it's been. Summer seems to be crawling! I have been enjoying hanging out with the kids since they've been out of school, but this whininess and insistance on having things
RIGHT NOW is driving me up my tree. I am so ready for the crafting I have been craving.
I need a minute to slow down, take a breath and concentrate on my fourth decade of life. Wow- did I almost say the "f" word? Shhhh..... don't tell anyone...
